Owned and operated by Captains Lonnie and Robin Goodman, ParrotDice was originally built in 1991 for the US Navy and used as a transport for troops and supplies. It was retired in 2002 and sold in a government auction to the Goodmans. They transported it to Clear Lake where the conversions to become the ParrotDice Party Boat began.
Coast Guard inspected to carry 40 passengers, ParrotDice was recently honored with the title of Most Creative Renovation of a military surplused vessel by Goverment Liquidators.
