Watergate Yachting Center was established in 1965 on 45 acres along the south shore of Clear Lake, Texas. With over 1100 slips, WYC can provide a perfect setting for you and your boat. Today the marina has the latest and best amenities, set in the most beautiful setting less than an hour's drive from downtown Houston.

The lush, sub-tropical landscape and well-maintained facilites have earned us the prestige of "Marina of the Year" Award from the Marina Association of Texas and "Most Beautiful Marina".

Watergate is the home port for a diverse boating community with many extras at the Marina including 2 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, playground area and picnic area with bbq pits.

Built in 1965 with the next major addition in 1982, the facility is comprised of 22 rental buildings, 6 public buildings and 800 parking spaces. Most businesses are boating related.
