BAY AREA HOUSTON: What to Do in the Houston Bay Area

When it comes to finding something to do in Bay Area Houston, the sky's the limit.

BAY AREA HOUSTON: What to Do in the Houston Bay Area

There's so much to explore in Bay Area Houston, you'll never be bored. Witness the wonder of space exploration at Space Center Houston, the official visitors center of NASA-Johnson Space Center. Cruising the waters is a must - Boat tours and charters range from 20-minute, open-deck boat rides to four-hour dinner cruises aboard air-conditioned yachts. Shoppers can delight in everything from charming antique shops to the trend-setting Baybrook Mall. Nature lovers should be sure to visit Armand Bayou Nature Center, a 2,500-acre wildlife preserve that is home to more than 370 species of birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians. After a long day of sighseeting, relax with a meal at one of the Kemah Boardwalk's restaurants or take in a live dog race at Gulf Greyhound Park.
